Shipping Policy:
Ground shipping is always free, however please allow up to 8 business days for delivery when selecting free shipping.
Please be sure to upgrade your shipping methods if you have any delivery time constraints.
Most orders received before 11:00 A.M. EST will ship the same day, however we do not guarantee this and ask that you allow 24 hours to process your order. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
Cheesecakes and flowers are shipped Next(business)Day Free.
Cheesecakes are not shipped on Fridays unless you select Saturday delivery. Cheesecakes cannot be delivered on Sundays or Mondays.
2nd day delivery (business days)is an additional $16. Next day(business day) delivery is $35, weekends and holidays are not included (Friday shipments are delivered on Monday). Deliveries are made Monday through Friday and for an additional charge Saturday delivery may be selected for $40. (order must be received by 8 AM EST Friday. There are no Sunday deliveries.
We process orders as they are received, and do our best to expedite every order, however, we do not guarantee delivery by any specific date and always suggest that you allow an extra day for delivery. Most orders are shipped within 24 business hours from when they are received. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only. We do not ship on weekends or holidays or after noon EST on fridays.
If you need an order to arrive by a specific date and are unsure as to what shipping method to select, please inquire at sales@graciousbaskets.com or 1-800-655-3513 before placing your order.
We ship anywhere within the Continental United States, except for PO boxes or APO-FPO addresses.
Some items may be shipped to Canada for an additional $15.00, but only those that specify "available for delivery to Canada" in the description. For a list of these items, type Canada in the search box. We cannot ship to any foreign addresses. Unless noted in the description, most items can be shipped to Hawaii and Alaska for an additional $20.00 charge.
We do not guarantee delivery to hospitals, hotels, or rural routes. We do not have the capability to put in special delivery notes for shipping carrier. If you put in notes they will not be sent with the package. We suggest next day or 2nd day delivery when sending orders to hospitals as many times patients are released sooner than expected and the driver is only allowed to deliver to the loading dock. A hospital employee must then take the package to the patient's room, this quite frequently takes more than a day.
Tracking numbers are emailed with 48 hours of shipping. Please check your spam folder or verify your email address on the order form if you do not receive this email.
Many chocolate items are substituted for items of equal or greater value during the summer months.
REFUND POLICY:
In the event an item is damaged on receipt, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Also, note that the nature of some edible items changes if you do not pick them up in a reasonable time. In these situations, Gracious Baskets will not be held liable. For all other cases, all sales are final.
